Homeowners' Association Management


                

                Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Bill Homeowners and collect monthly Homeowners' dues.
  • Pay bills in connection with the Association.
  • Obtain bids when requested by authorized representative for work to be performed at the property. We have access to various vendors but will also work with your current vendors.
  • Prepare and send monthly accounting (financial report)  to authorized representative of dues collected, bills paid, including delinquency report, variance report and others.
  • Can handle minor interior maintenance repairs and bill directly to homeowner, if association permits.
  • Maintain reserve balance and/or work to obtain reserve balance.
  • Prepare annual budget for Homeowners' approval and prepare annual disclosures at no extra charge.
  • Maintain and enforce CC&Rs, Rules & regulations, insurance policies, Bylaws and interface with escrow when these documents are needed for sale or refinance.
  • A building inspector from our company will visit and inspect the property on a regular basis. We will work with onsite personnel, provide Board of Directors and/or point of contact with regular observations or recommendations.
  • 24/7 Emergency call number for after-hours emergencies.
  • Arrange for reserve study

RST will attend and assist with the Annual Meeting/election.  The president or authorized representative can meet with the Supervisor to discuss issues concerning the Homeowners' association and/or building and agenda items upon request. We arrange for updates and other mandated city and state inspections and requirements. Our fee is all-inclusive and it covers postage, photocopies, all visits to property by management, inspections and financial reports.

We keep Board of Directors up to date on the latest regulations and laws affecting your HOA.
