RST & assoc. was founded in 1980 by Scott Tucker, Yolanda Tucker, and Irma Vargas with the intention of providing superior management services for owners of income properties. Today RST manages apartment buildings, commercial property and houses and individual condominium units in the Los Angeles Westside (including Santa Monica, West Los Angeles, and Palms, among others), Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, Glendale, the San Gabriel Valley and Pasadena.
