Accounting Department

Yolanda is a Founding Partner of RST and Associates. Born and bred in Santa Monica, a graduate of local schools and Santa Monica College, she is intimately familiar with the Westside area. From 1974 to 1981 Yolanda worked with a large Westside management firm as property supervisor. In 1981 she co-founded RST. She has trained and supervised all facets of the RST property management team. Yolanda oversees all office functions, with primary emphasis on the vital areas of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Irma Vargas
Supervisor, Payroll Department
Investment Counselor
RST Founding Partner

As Supervisor of the Payroll Department, RST Founding Partner and real estate broker Irma Vargas ensures the promptness and accuracy of the company’s payroll accounting. In addition, she acts as Investment Counselor to the company’s property owners. In this capacity she assists in budgeting, refinancing, sales, and purchasing of investment property.

As founder of RST’s affiliate real estate company Tierra Properties, Irma has for over two decades taken leadership roles in the Los Angeles real estate community. Since 1990, she has been Director of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA), an organization for which she was President in 1996-1997. Irma has served as State Director of the California Association of Realtors since 1988. She is President of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors and Past President of the Santa Monica Board of Realtors. In addition, she is a member of the Santa Monica and West Los Angeles Chambers of Commerce. As a real estate broker, Irma specializes in Westside residential and greater Los Angeles income properties.

Concepcion "Ching" San Andres
Accounts Payable

Ching has been with RST and Associates since 1986. She began as a receptionist, and through education and training, now heads the Accounting Department. While Accounts Payable are her primary responsibility, she provides assistance to other members of the Department in all facets of accounting. Ching can always be counted on to deliver the goods on time—an attribute that has made her a valued member of the RST property management team.

Lupe Castro
Accounts Receivable

Lupe joined RST & assoc. team in June of 2004. She attended Santa Monica College and majored in Business and Accounting. She has 23 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting. Lupe has worked for two worker's compensation defense law firms where she had been a supervisor and office manager. Here at RST she is in charge of the Accounts Receivable Department. Her duties include posting rent checks, preparation of Three Day Notices, eviction tracking, month end rent rolls and reporting.

Carole Sundeen Accounts Receivable Carole began working at RST & assoc. in March of 2005. She brings over 30 years of property management experience with her and has done everything from apartment management to office management  to  working for the President of two other property management companies. In the past, Carole has been responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, screening applicants, drawing up leases, representing owners in court and supervising apartment managers. At RST some of Carole's duties include accounts receivable, posting rent checks, preparing Three Day Notices, rent rolls and creating end of the month reports. Carole spends her free time singing in International championship chorus and enjoying her three children and two grandchildren.
