R. Scott Tucker Scott is a Founding Partner of RST and Associates. His decades of experience in property management have contributed greatly to the success of RST in the Southern California property management market. Scott learned about property management from the ground up. For four years beginning in 1967, he was assistant manager and then manager of a 50-unit apartment building. In 1971 he graduated from North Texas State University with a BS in Secondary Education. For the next four years he owned a carpet cleaning business that specialized in the preparation of vacant apartments for rental. From 1975 to 1981 he was a licensed California real estate broker and head of the property management department of a large Westside firm. Scott has been a partner and property supervisor at RST and Associates since 1981. He is a member of a local group of property management firms dedicated to industry improvement and education. He holds a California "B" Contractors License and a "C-27" Contractors License. His interests are tennis and flying.

Matt
Klasila
Property Supervisor
Matt has been a Real Estate Licensed Property Supervisor with RST and Associates for the past 19 years. He has worked in all aspects of property management, including residential income, commercial property, and homeowners’ associations. Matt works with individual clients as well as institutional risk managers and partnerships. He is in charge of the Resident Manager Training Program and our quarterly resident manager training seminars. Matt is also heavily involved with new business development for our firm. Problem solving is his forte. Matt has an ongoing interest in serving young people and families in the community. He is a founding member of the American Youth Soccer Organization, which was established in 1964.

Rene Camacho Rene has worked with RST and Associates for more than 13 years. He started off in our Maintenance Department and worked his way up from administrating a branch office to his current position as a supervisor. Rene’s is a licensed Real Estate agent and his portfolio includes buildings in Brentwood, Palms, and Santa Monica and San Fernando Valley. Rene has proven himself highly competent in keeping the lines of communications open and staying on top of a broad spectrum of issues at the buildings he oversees.

Phil
Mandanici Phil Mandanici has been with the company for more than 14 years. He is currently responsible for the inspection of all the RST properties. He provides detailed reports and photographs to fellow property management personnel. Before working at RST Phil was employed as a Quality Engineer overseeing the productions operations of a computer manufacturer. He started with RST in the maintenance division and eventually progressed to manage that department. Phil's experience in property management was established early when he purchased his own rental properties and managed them. When not at work he enjoys working on and restoring his collection of American muscle cars

Mario Tucker Mario's 13 years at RST began with entering work orders for the Maintenance Department. He worked his way through all the positions there. Now he is working at the management side of the company as an assistant to several Property Supervisors. He interacts directly with property owners, vendors and tenants solving routine maintenance problems and emergencies with great efficiency. His goal is to continue the family business. His hobbies are golf, music and golf. Mario plays a mean bass guitar. |
