This also includes a perception that the person has any of those characteristics, or is associated with a person who has or is perceived as having any of those characteristics.
A signed application and a deposit is required to hold an apartment.
All applicants are subject to credit check.
Apartments with one or more bedrooms require a one year lease.
RST & assoc. charges a one time rental commission ($60) payable at the time of signing of the lease.
An initial deposit of $100.00 and proof of income (via 2 latest paystubs, W-9, latest tax return or letter of hire) are required with the submitted application. The initial deposit cannot guarantee possession due to the possibility of multiple applications. If the application is rejected the deposit will be returned to applicant in full. In the event of approval and vacation of the apartment said sum will be applied to the Security Deposit.
A copy of picture ID and a copy of vehicle's registration will be required at lease signing.
If applicant decides not to take the apartment after we have run the credit and accepted the application then there will be an application charge, as set by law, for credit check plus any pro-rated rent equal to the number of days the apartment was held off the market.
If an apartment is to be held for more than seven (7) days, a pro-rated rent equal to the number of days before move-in is required to hold an apartment.
All move-in fees (less the initial $100 deposit) must be paid in cashier’s check or money order. No cash or personal checks will be accepted (no exceptions). We will also accept credit cards for move-ins.
Total move-in fees include first month’s rent, security deposit and rental commission.
In case of multiple applications we will rent to the best qualified applicant. If all applicants are equally qualified we shall rent to the first applicant.
Applications submitted with incomplete information may cause delays or rejection of applicant.
Availability of the apartment can not be guaranteed unless the apartment is vacant.
