Rental Coordinator
Our Rental Coordinator has been
with RST and Associates for more than 10 years. Natalie oversees the
rental process: She receives 30-day notices and, with the help of the
property supervisors, establishes new rents for the upcoming vacancies.
She is responsible for including upcoming vacancies on the RST rental
list and web site. She sets advertising schedules with the managers and
supervisors. She organizes and oversees the RST & Associates Open
House rental program and its policies. In addition, Natalie reviews and
creates policies concerning rental forms, documents, and procedures for
approval by the property supervisors. She also reviews incoming leases
and deposits. Natalie’s fine communication skills make her a joy to
work with. Natalie spends most of her free time enjoying her two
children. Her hobbies include reading, movies and yoga.
